Announcement on Waiver of Fees related to Novel Coronavirus Donations

Dear customers,
Effective 29th January 2020:
China Construction Bank Toronto Branch is waiving all remittance fees and foreign exchange charges related to donations made in support of the fight against the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
Should you have incurred any fees or charges for remittances made at the Bank or via internet banking for the purpose as mentioned above, please contact the Bank for reimbursement of the expenses charged.
